She also works with first-time buyers, young families, move-up buyers, sellers, new construction and condo and townhome clients, and those relocating from out of state or navigating a life transition. She is always happy to offer thoughtful recommendations on schools, neighborhoods, and local resources so clients feel settled right away.

Before real estate, Elissa built a successful career in elementary education. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in psychology and holds a master's in elementary education. That background sharpened her patience, organization, and interpersonal skills, and she applies all of it to her work with clients.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Elissa relocated to Needham with her husband and two daughters in 2012, so she understands the emotions that come with building a life somewhere new. She has moved multiple times, has sold her own home (with her team 😊), and recently settled into a new home right here in Needham. Her daughters have graduated from Needham High School and are grown and flown, so Elissa, her husband, and their labradoodle, Penny, are proud empty nesters, which gives her real insight into this season of life.
